A Grand Time

We had our trunk show with the lovely ladies of the Prairie Pioneers Quilters in Grand Island, Nebraska two weeks ago, and we had such a good time.

When we were working to get everything put together, people kept asking us if we were nervous. We had a simple answer for them; we are quilters. We know what we did and how we made it or ripped out every seam. We know why this fabric is oh-so-cool so you have to save every centimeter. We know our quilts. And what quilter doesn’t want to talk about their quilts?! We’re also chatty people, which helps. So when it finally came to be the day, we got up in front of the group and we went with it.

So thank you, Grand Island! We were honored that you invited us and so pleased that you enjoyed our chat. Let’s do it again sometime, shall we?
