I will say for this block of the quilt along, you want to be accurate with your cutting and piecing. This has interesting, and very doable construction, with the center portion on point with all that bias. Definitely recommend starching your fabrics or your blocks, definitely don’t over handle your pieces or they’ll warp and you’ll get the dreaded wavy edge.
I picked fabrics that were more tonal for this block, pulling out the orange, peach, and pink from the Orbit print. It gives it a lot of movement without being overwhelming. Success!
