Guys, I think that was the Marchiest March that ever Marched. Hopefully April gets a different memo and decides to be decidedly un-Marchlike. Either way, I’m going to distract myself with Row 21 aka the last hourglass blocks!
The last couple of rows were blues and I could’ve kept going with that, but that would’ve made this bottom corner really blue heavy. Most of the color transitions have happened within two or three rows. So that means blue goes to purple and my Yonder goes to these giant dots. I didn’t want a grape-y purple, I still wanted it in the blue family. Again, I had a fat quarter and that covered the whole row easily.
The hourglass blocks are easy with that flip flop construction. Which is a good thing, I don’t think my brain has the bandwidth for anything but easy at the moment.
And just like that we’re one step closer to the finish line.
